Our Management Team

MexicanIncorporation.com is a service provided by Bicentennial Group LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company. Our management team left large firms to participate in an operation that fills a major need in the Mexican market. MexicanIncorporation.com’s vision is to provide a straight-forward online based platform to assist customers to identify the correct legal entity to suit their needs and start a business in Mexico. Our firm has helped to make starting a business in Mexico accessible to everyone – small, medium and large clients. Facilitating company formation has been cited by the United Nations, the Organisation of American States and other international institutions as a major impediment to economic growth in Mexico. We strive to fix this.

Administration

Managing Partner and Lead Consultant – Emeka John Eni, Esq. Managing Partner and Lead Consultant – Emeka John Eni, Esq. oversees administration and client relations for Bicentennial Group LLC. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the American University, Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C. with a focus on United States Immigration Law, and Mexican and United States Corporate Law. He served as a Senior Staffer of the American University International Law Review during his studies. John’s practice includes representing multinational companies on aspects of international corporate law, joint-ventures, foreign direct investment, cross-border transactions and immigration. In addition to his traditional practice, he is a professor of law at Mexico’s Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, one of Mexico’s highest ranking and renowned universities. John began his career in the public sector, having been previously employed at the United States Department of Labor as an international trade analyst, and worked in the General Counsel’s Office of the United States Trade Representative within the White House’s Executive Office of the President. John has also worked within the United States Department of State’s Bureau of Consular Affairs. He is an active member of the New York Bar Association and is also fluent in English, Spanish and French.

International Accounting and Fiscal Strategy

Fiscal and Accounting Partner – Victor Eduardo Hernández Salvatierra, was an executive at Bradesco, S.A. a Brazilian banking institution where he oversaw the implementation of the company’s entire fiscal, legal, tax and accounting operational structure. He also was employed by the real estate investment trust Soporte Remoto de Mexico, SAPI de C.V. overseeing the firm’s accounting compliance and fiscal strategy. He was an executive at Earnst and Young, LLC (S.C.) overseeing the audit of clients such as Wal-Mart of Mexico. He has been employed by Servicios Liverpool, S.A. de C.V., Ford Credit de México, S.A. de C.V., BAHESA Consultores, S.C. and Megacable. He speaks Spanish and proficient in English.

Fiscal and Accounting Partner – Miguel Angel Durán Curiel, was an executive in the tax advisory and accounting division at Ernest and Young, LLP (S.C.) in Mexico. He was an in-house corporate accountant for Grupo Calider, S.A. de C.V., a major distributor world-wide of agricultural products – involved coordination of the financial and tax obligations of the company’s 7 subsidiaries. He also worked for Megacable, a large cable and telecommunications operator in Mexico, overseeing the implementation of corporate accounting strategy. He is fluent in Spanish and English.

Mexican Legal and Compliance

Attorney and Corporate Legal Partner – Marco Antonio Zavaleta Guerra, obtained his law degree from Universidad La Salle and a Masters in Civil Procedure from the Universidad Panamericana, both in Mexico City. In 2000, he joined the firm Basham, Ringe y Correo, S.C., one of the largest and most prestigious firms in Mexico. In 2007, he founded the firm Grepe, Zavaleta y Asociados and in tandem is a partner with Bicentennial Group LLC, co-chairing our offices in Mexico City. Marco specializes in complex corporate litigation, bankruptcy, telecommunications, banking, construction, as well as food and drug law. Marco has participated regularly in International Commercial Arbitration with the International Chamber of Commerce on behalf of international corporations.

Attorney and Corporate Legal Partner – Andrew Richard Grepe Stockdale,obtained his law degree from the Universidad Iberoamerica in Mexico City. He specializes in corporate and labor law. He began his career as Basham, Ringe y Correa, S.C., one of the largest and most prestigious firms in Mexico, where he worked in the areas of labor litigation and consulting. In 2005, he joined the firm of Capín, Calderón, Ramírez y Gutiérrez-Azpe, S.C. and joined the firm of Rizo, Armida y Asociados, S.C. in 2007. In addition to the aforementioned, he is experienced in the areas of complex litigation and class actions, having represented large multi-national clients including international banks, laboratories and auto-makers. Andrew is fluent in Spanish and English. He is in tandem a partner at Grepe, Zavaleta y Asociados and Bicentennial Group LLC co-chairing our offices in Mexico City.
